1. Am I eligible to claim tax back?
Everyone has a yearly tax free allowance (£5235 in 2007/2008), and if you have earned below this amount you can claim the overpayment of tax.

4. How long does it take to get my tax back?
A claim usually takes 6-8 weeks, however this may be slightly longer if you have a temporary National Insurance number or require P45 or P60 information.
