Once you have sent us your application, we then process your claim and send it to the Inland Revenue.
Refunds usually take between 4-8 weeks but it depends on the backlog with your specific tax office.
Often during peak times, such as the end of the tax year or around the deadlines for self assessment tax returns, backlogs can be greater.
As soon as we hear anything about your claim we will let you know.
