When are you classed as a non-resident? I work away for 11 months out of the year I was requested to fill in a P85 by the revenue office which I did 2 years ago and they are still requesting different things and now seem to have “lost my file”.
Thanks for the input

According to the Inland Revenue: If you leave the UK to work abroad full-time, you will become not resident if:
1. Your absence and employment from the UK covers a complete tax year
2. You spend less than 183 days in the UK during the tax year
3. Your visits to the UK do not average 91 days or more a tax year over a maximum of four years
