My total earnings for the year was £25,574.32. Tax deducted was £3819 (on on smp at the moment)

Is the £25574.32 the figure ive actually received in my bank after tax etc has been taken off? my total salary is £29,960? im confused.

If you are leaving the UK you can claim a tax rebate. When you finish working you will be given a P45, when you have your P45, you can claim your tax rebate by applying here:
You can make a claim for other years but you will only get a refund for the other years if you have overpaid tax in them.
