I worked for the last 5 years and now my residency expired and the home office didn't renew it so I have to leave as soon as I get my tax back. Am I entitled to a tax refund? And can I still carry on working untill I get the tax back?

If you are leaving the UK then you can claim a tax refund.
Claiming a tax refund does not change your working rights or your eligibility to stay in the UK though.
When you finished working you should have been given a P45 from your employer when you have this you can make your claim by going to:
