I was made redundant on the first of March I have still not received a P45 or a P60 and am now on an emergency tax code for my new job. How do I go about getting my P45 and P60?

You should have been given a P45 when you finished working.
You can complete a form P46 to get off your emergecy tax code:
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/p46.pdf
As you have been on an emergency tax code it is likely you will have overpaid tax at the end of the tax year check your P60 to see if you are due a refund.
