I have not worked since (15 months).I did claim a tax rebate as i paid excess tax due to lieau of notice. I have not claimed any benefits or jsa for this time, am i entitled to any rebate for this year

Hi,

As you didn’t work in the last tax year (April 6th 2009 until April 5th 2010), I am assuming you did not pay any income tax?

As you did not pay any income tax, there wouldn’t be any tax to get back. Let me know if I am missing something.
