As you lost your job and did not claim any benefit there is a high chance that you will be due a tax refund.
Even though you do not have your P45 you can still make a claim. We can get a replacement for you or you can get one yourself.
To get a replacement, send a letter to you old employer asking for a ‘statement of earnings’ on company headed paper. They are required by law to provide this and it is the only acceptable replacement for a P45.
