I signed on for an agency and filled in a P46 because I did not have my p45 from the job center I only worked 1 day then never got any more work so I left the agency and never gave them my P45 when I signed off JSA should I give my P45 back to the job center when I sign on again. Also will the agency send me a P45 not sure what happens.

You should get a P45 from the agency.

If you do not, then use another P46, which you can download from here:
