I purchased a property in Cyprus in July 2007 (offplan).

Since then I have spent considerable money on furniture etc. I took full ownership in January 2010 (completion was Nov 2009). I now rent it out a holiday lets. However my first let was not until June 2010. Can i claim any tax relief against the money I have already spent on equipping the property in previous years? Or any other reliefs? Thanks
