My friend has been working and had an overpayment of wages and has to pay it back and is doing so. They since have a new job, I have advised them to take what money is owing out of my wages so I need my P45 for my new job but they are not going to give my P45 can they keep my p45

how many P45′s can you have by law, and if some one issues you wiyh a second one even if you are imployed are they bracking the law
