Did you quit work or did you go on Maternity leave?

If you quit work you should have been given a P45 and because you stopped working part way through the tax year you can make a claim for a tax refund by going to:

If you continued to work for the company but were on Maternity leave you should be receiving a P60 shortly from them.

When you receive your P60 you can make a claim for any refund by going to the same location:
