If you have submitted all the correct forms and all the relevant supporting documentation then you should get your refund within 6-8 weeks.
Often the Inland Revenue does not have a complete work history and then if you do not have the supporting documents, they may have to request more information which can considerably slow down your claim.
At certain times of the year the tax office can be back logged more then normal and it can take longer to receive your refund.
