If you have lost your P60 or P45 it is quite simple to get a replacement.
All you need to do is write to your previous employer and ask for a statement of earnings on company headed paper.
The statement of earnings will be accepted by the Inland Revenue as a replacement for a P60 or P45.
Your previous employer is required by law to provide a statement of earnings for 6 years.
