I have left the UK for presonal reasons my empolyer will not give me my P45. How can I get a copy as I need it?

When you finish working your employer is required to give you a P45.
If they do not you can get a replacement by writing a letter to them asking for a ‘statement of earnings’ on company headed paper.
They are required to keep a record of this for 6 years and they are required by law to provide. If they do not they are breaking the Data Protection Act law and can be prosecuted.
