I have been out of work since 30th April 2010 and am on job seekers allowance, am i entitled to claim back any of the tax I have paid?

You may be due a tax rebate at the end of the tax year (April 2011).

Keep any P45 or P60′s that you receive and then at the end of the tax year you can check to see if you are due a tax rebate.
