I have been living and working in the UK for the past 7 years and due to family situations I might have to return back to my own country.

How does it work in regards to claiming my tax back? Is this guaranteed that I am eligible to claim it back? And will I get the full amount or only a percentage of this? I have read a bit on your page but am not sure how you work direct? Will you take a percentage of the monies once it has been approved?
