If you have lost your job in the last year there is a good chance that you could be due a tax rebate.

Your rebate will depend on how much you have earned from your job and also any job seekers allowance that you received.

You should have been given a P45 from your employer when you ended your job. On April 5th, the day the tax year ends, you can make your claim by going to:

i was out of work for a month and my new job pays less than my previous job i only claimed jsa for one week will i get a tax rebate through my wages with my new employer
