I called HM Revenue to get clarifications and they said that I can not get my national insurance and tax back. National Insurance because it is not refundable and tax back only I pay extra tax from previous year. Could you please clarify.

You can get a tax refund for the current year if you are leaving the country.

The tax year has just finished and you can now make a claim for the tax year that ended on the 5th April. You should be getting your P60 shortly from your employer.

Regarding national insurance (NI) you can contract out of the state pension. Many people often do this if they are leaving the UK and will not have any use or get a pension here in the UK when they retire. To make a claim you need to be working and living in the UK.
