My visa expired in October. I worked fm hrs per week so can i get back my ni and income tax? If yes so what procedure for that?

i m on dependant visa and working in uk since last 6 months. I working 40 hrs per week. Can i get back my income tax and ni? If yes, so what procidure for that?
