I am on jobseekers allowance and ended work in January how will this effect my tax rebate

If you lost your job there is a good chance you can claim a tax rebate.
You can calculate your tax rebate by using the P45 you should have been given when you lost your job.
As you were on JSA you need to add that to your income as this is classed as earnings also.
Add your total earnings for the tax year (April 6th till April 5th) and take the total tax you paid from your P45 and input into a tax calculator:
