Your employer will give you a P60 anytime between April 5th and 1st June. You might want to ask them when they will be giving them out to employees. It is probably very shortly.

If you have lost or were not given a P60 you can get a replacement by asking your employer for a ‘statement of earnings’ on company headed paper. The Inland Revenue will then accept the statement of earnings in replacement of a P60.

never had a p60 in 7 years. no payslips given. not payed through PAYE. a colleague of mine investigaded his situation and had a tax rebate leading me to believe that i am paying tax in a different way. i think i am paying too much though!

my husband has been made redundant without any warning he turned up for work as usual and was told there and then the place was shuting down as of then , he was a chef of 15yrs with this company he was never given any wage slips or p60′s , which makes me think he was on the fiddle , myself and my husband was left without a penny we have two young children and are really struggerling whilst he has his three houses and bought a brand new caravan only last year , how can we find out if he has been fidderling the tax as he paid my husbands wage straight into the bank that states one sum but then the tax credits are telling my husband earnt more than ehat he was getting paid in the bank but with no p60′s or wage slips we dont know where to start, please someone help as we want what is rightfuly ours it dosent seem right he keeps all his assets and we are left with nothing after 15yrs of lineing his pockets!!!!

I left my employment in June, and im still waiting for my P60, and wage slips which I need for my tax credit returns. They have been fobbing me off for weeks now, and im worried about my tax credits.
