Can I claim part of NI back for the last 12 years working in uk?

By doing so do I get any form of state pension when I reach retirement age of 65 ? tnxxx for answer in advance .mike...
possibly I want to leave country after retirement age.
I am employed and paying tax + NI around 12 years...

For future years you can claim a portion of your national insurance into private pension. This is known as contracting out of the state pension.
