can I claim my tax way back 2003-2007

I reside in the UK and had been made redundant since March 2007. Now I think am entitled to claim back my tax. where do I go from here

You should have been given a P45 when you finished working in 2007. Do you still have this?

If not you can write to your employer at the time and ask for a statement of earnings on company headed paper. This can be used as a replacement for a P45.
